Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
HR staff member is unable to resume the 'Add Pending Worker' transaction for an employee in Cloud HR
It loops back to the beginning of the 'Add Pending Worker' process.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
To resume the transaction and complete the 'Add Pending Worker' process.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. HR staff member saved the transaction to "Add Pending Worker"
2. They go to BPM Worklist and click on the saved transaction
3. Click on Available Actions, and click on 'Resume This Transaction'
4. See that system loops back to screen to add Pending Workers, instead of resuming this transaction.
