Symptoms

When clicking on the Prepare button in Retirement Infotile, the following error occurs when opening Excel:

The remote server returned an error: (504 Gateway Timeout)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Assets > Retirement infotile > click on Incomplete link
2. Click Prepare button
3. Open Excel and log into Fusion.
4. Error occurs with the message above.
