Incorrect Date on Completed Inventory Transactions for Pick Confirm (Doc ID 2227241.1)

Symptoms

Date is incorrect on "Review Completed Transactions" under inventory for Confirm Pick Slips transactions. Here are the steps that resulted in issue -

1) Created Sales Order
2) Created Pick Wave
3) Confirm pick slip at 9:03 AM and date is 1/6/2017
4) Navigate to "Review Completed Transactions" under inventory
5) Completed transaction shows 4:00 PM and date 1/5/17 which is incorrect.

It is noticed that it is happening for manual Pick Confirm only. Auto pick confirm is working fine and date is coming as expected.
