Fusion Global HR: LOVs Are Not Showing the Full List of Associated Values When Submitting Employment Transactions After Jan 2017 Update (Doc ID 2227316.1)

Symptoms

Following the Jan 2017 update, LOVs are not showing the full list of associated values when submitting employment transactions.

On New Person and Manage Employment flows, the select one choice lists like 'Regular or Temporary', 'Full Time or Part Time', 'Hourly Paid or Salaried', working hours 'Frequency' etc were not showing all the available values. Instead, they were being restricted to only one. All enabled lookup values should be available for selection.

Steps to replicate the issue:

1. After creating a worker, a Line Manager transaction like 'Transfer' or 'Promote' is done changing attributes like 'Regular or Temporary', 'Full Time or Part Time' etc

2. Once above change has been made, on New Person and Manage Employment flows the values for those choice lists are restricted to only one.
