Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to find user in the Resource Directory

Created approximately 10-15 users and unable to find them in the Resource Directory.
Example: Created a user called Andrew Travers and attempted to search him in Resource Directory and unable to find him.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to retrieve in Resource Directory with their name

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1 Create a new user
2 Confirm the user was created correctly ( Log in to the application)
3 Search for the user in Resource Directory by Resource Name
