Shipping methods are not displayed in 'Order Summary' section during checkout.
1. View an item and add it to a cart
2. Click on the cart and press 'Checkout'
3. Log into Storefront
4. In 'Shipping Address' section enter a valid zip code --> 'Order Summary' section gets re-loaded. Shipping methods are not displayed. "Please check the shipping address and try again" message shows up at the top of the page.
