Symptoms

Error while processing divorce life event for Employee

We have an issue with an employee.
We are trying to process the divorce as on 12.16.2016 and system is throwing the below error message:
"A minimum of 1 options must be selected for the plan type Medical. Select additional options to satisfy the minimum requirement. (BEN-990218)"
