[TCP] Dashboard does not show recent opportunities

We have a custom dashboard using "Sales - CRM Opportunities and Products Real Time" SA but it doesn't seem to be "real time".

If we create/update an opportunity, this opportunity is not visible on the dashboard even if the user open it again, or even signing out and in again.

Check the document with some screenshots.

Bar graph showing # of Opportunities by Sales Stage updates should reflect to show recently created Opportunities.

1. Create an Opportunity record
2. Note that the new Opportunity is not included in the bar graph.
