Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

OUTAGE - Message ID: 81532253 - Maintenance 20170113 took REST API down.

Scheduled Maintenance on Friday, January 13 took down our REST API Web Service Integration (Message ID: 81532253) Errors on Payload.

1. Make REST call to Sales Cloud using Microsoft CS client.
2. Receive an error on patching a new account.
