No Study Products Available Error At New Case Book-in (Doc ID 2227994.1)

Symptoms

When a user account is belonging to a User Group which is having no product for Product restriction and study for Study restriction,
a study case cannot be created by Case Actions >> New in spite that the study is belonging to the User Group's Study restriction.

When book-in button is clicked, the following error message is displayed on a pop-up dialog widow.

No Study Products Available

 


HOW TO REPEAT:
--------------------
1) Set User Group for Product and Study restriction.
--Products check-box = Checked --- No product is selected
--Studies check-box = Checked --- Only the study is selected
2) Set that User Group to a User Account.
3) Log in to application by the User Account.
4) Go to Case Actions >> New.
5) Enter the following field values.
Report Type = Sponsored Trial
Study ID = the study set to the Study restriction of User Group
Fill the rest fields.
6) Click [BookIn] button.

Error message "No Study Products Available" is displayed on a pop-up.
