The Users Menu In Console Access Management Section Is Not Accessible For Any Account (Doc ID 2228061.1)

Symptoms

The Users menu under Access Management in Argus Console is not accessible for any account. The other Console functionalities are not affected, including Groups under Access Management.

 

Enabling Console logging shows the following error stack:

ARGUS_CONSOLE Application Name
Enter Relsys.Persistence.DataAccess.DataAccess.ExecuteNonQuery (DBCommand: begin :P_INSIGHT_EXISTS := Pkg_Console_Accmgmt.f_powerreportdblinkexist(); end;; Param :P_INSIGHT_EXISTS: ;, )
DBCommand: begin :P_INSIGHT_EXISTS := Pkg_Console_Accmgmt.f_powerreportdblinkexist(); end;; Param :P_INSIGHT_EXISTS: ;
