Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

Outlook Synchronization is failing with below error

1. Run Synchronization between Outlook and Sales Cloud
2. Receive error "Oracle Sales Cloud for Outlook has encountrered an error. Please contact your system administrator. "
