On : version, Microsoft Outlook

During installation -> Obtain package step, user gets error. OSC for Outlook icon (green globe) is grayed out.

Do you want to remove the remaining data and recreate the data structure? You will need to preform full synchronization to download new data from the server.

System Tray error: Oracle Sales Cloud for Outlook has encountered an error. Please contact your sales administrator.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install OSC for Outlook plugin
2. Get error during first sync > Obtain package step

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot install OSC for Outlook plugin
