Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Territory Management, Quotas

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Territory members have not been added to the account resource team after Assignment Manager was ran

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The correct members should have been added as account resources

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Account Assignment
2. Verify Team members
3. Team members are not present in account.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, account are not getting assigned the right team members
