All Users Unable To Access OIM After P2T

 If you are a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) customer, there are multiple sections in this document that need not be performed by you. Please log a Service Request in My Oracle Support for Oracle to do this for you.

 After P2T copy, none of the implementation users are able to access OIM. This has been attempted through Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Safari with no success. The Provision Roles to Implementation Users task and Create Implementation Users task will open a new tab to OIM, but nothing will appear on the screen.


Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to fusion application

2. Click Navigator -> Tools : Setup and Maintenance

3. Search task Provision Roles to Implementation Users or Create Implementation Users

4. Click Go to Task

You will get a blank page
