Transaction Business Category Not Showing All The Values

On: 184.108.40.206.0 Version, Billing-Transactions
Creating a new AR Invoice user need to enter a value in the Transaction Business Category field.Clicking on the field user only see two values(Intercompany Transaction and Sales Transaction).
But user need to find the “XXXXX” value but this value as the rest of the values only are available after saving the Transaction.
Why user need to save the transaction to see all the values in the Transaction Business Category list?
