Fusion Global HR: Position Synchronisation Process Error Out Without Logs

Position synchronization process is stuck in Wait status even though it is scheduled to run as soon as possible.

After couple of hours - Errol status with no log.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit Initialize Position Synchronization
2. Wait status for more than 1 hour
3. Process error our
