Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

New binary install starts and fails.

OSC for Outlook error: The process cannont access the file because it is being used by another process. (32)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Sales Cloud for Outlook Assistant - Welcome screen.
2. OSC for Outlook window asking for Outlook to be restarted for the changes to take effect.
3. Initial setup assistant - filter settings step.
4. Synchronization Control Panel
5. OSC for Outlook Synchronization Options.
6. OSC for Outlook Advanced Settings.
7. OSC for Outlook Initial synchronization.
8. OSC for Outlook asking to Outlook to be closed before continuing the installation.
9. OSC for Outlook uninstall warning - sync before uninstalling in order to have your last offline data synched with Sales Cloud.
10.OSC for Outlook error: The process cannont access the file because it is being used by another process. (32)
