ICS Regenerate Artifacts Disabled (Doc ID 2228936.1)

Symptoms

When using the CPQ Adapter in the Integration Cloud Service (ICS), the WSDL file cannot be regenerated.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. In ICS, click Designer.
2. Click Integrations.
3. Click on the CPQ integration to regenerate.
4. Click on the appropriate source, target, request enrichment, or response enrichment.
5. At this point, the Regenerate Artifact option should be available, but is not.
