Created Time When Copy a Service Request

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
If an employee copies a Service Request, the created date of the copied Service Request would be the time when it is created. However, If a customer copies a Service Request, the created date of the copied Service Request would be the created time of the original Service Request.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If a customer copies a Service Request, the created date of the copied Service Request should also be the time when it is created.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click Service Request tab.
2. Open an existing Service Request.
3. Click Copy button.
4. The created time of the copied Service Request would be populated with the created time of the original Service Request.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get the correct created time of Service Request which is created by copying.
