Job Level column is not available in OTBI-E when compared to Fusion
Add Job Manager Level to the "Job" and "Job (Previous)" presentation tables in the HR subject areas in OTBI-E. This field contains the career level for
each job - individual contributor, manager, VP, executives, etc. - to help identify employees at a certain job level. This attribute is used to split
the workforce and analyze headcount, hires, terminations, and other key metrics by.
This will enable detailed workforce analysis. In addition it helps identify employees at a certain job level.
In the extract from Fusion, this is the field JOBPEOMANAGERLEVEL in the HCMTopModelAnalyticsGlobalAM.JobAM.JobPVO data store.
