SEM Report is Not Sent to Email After Requesting through Listen and Analyze

On : NA version, Service Exception Report

SEM report is not being delivered to user's email.

User is not receiving SEM report via email after requesting through Listen and Analyze.

Emails are not being delivered.

Steps to recreate:

Visit Workflow and Automation > Select SEM Reports > Choose one week time frame and channel > Select Send Report > Nothing is delivered to Email inbox.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see report from recent date.
