Fusion Absence Management: Employee Unable To Schedule Leave The Day After Existing Leave Period (Doc ID 2229684.1)

Employee has absence period that finishes on 25/4/2017
When trying to schedule an absence starting the following day (26/4/2017), they receive the following error message:
"Some dates in this absence overlap with another absence"
why getting this error since the dates are different and don't overlap?
