On edit claim page, when user clicks on the channel manager hyperlink a grey box shows up and the page becomes frozen.
no grey box should appear and the page shouldn't freeze
1. Login to Fusion Applications.
2. Navigator>>Development Funds(MDF)>>BDF Claim(MDF Claim)>> Edit any Claim>> Click on Channel Manger Link
