Fusion Global HR: Extract in HCM is running for more than five hours

Goal

User has a critical extract in HCM meant to sync the employee data between HCM and his legacy system PeopleSoft.

Ideally this extract in HCM would complete in 60-90 minutes. Today it is running for the last 300 minutes.

This is a change only extract and user expects around 6000 – 7000 rows to get processed.

For user his is not a huge volume. In the past with this or even larger volume, the extract had completed within the above time line.
