Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users are being asked to change their Primavera password by Oracle despite using a "single source sign on" authentication from their own environment via SAML Authentication. When an Oracle Primavera Cloud customer is configured to use SAML Authentication, the account management, including password reset requests should be managed by the customers solution.
