Add/Update SSH key for a SOA CS instance

Unable to ssh to VM. Error message is Server Rejected Key
The scenario is public key no longer appears in the Service Console authorized_key file. It is not possible to use the service console to add a new public key to the instance. Without this we are unable to execute necessary command line requests such as viewing log files, and restarting servers. Now there is a need to replace the missing key. Creating a replacement instance is not an option as we cannot afford the downtime nor the risk of losing and having to recreate the SOA repository.
