Email Notification for New External Users Is Not Showing the Access Link to OSN (Doc ID 2229874.1)

On Oracle Social Network (OSN) Rel 11, only one email notification is received by the new external user and it does not show the access link to OSN.

OSN External Collaboration is set up correctly according to the OSN External Collaboration section of the documentation to include the external users domain in the Whitelist.

An external user was added to an OSN conversation.  The user receives one notification email requesting them to register but there is no link to do so.

The userid in the email is a hyperlink but it does not direct to the OSN access page.
