Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Eloqua Integration
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
External calls from OSC to Eloqua are failing with following error:
An error occurred while uploading the requested contacts.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The calls should run successfully

STEPS
-----------------------

1) Go to Eloqua
2) Execute Get contact call
3) Call does not execute and an error is seen

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------

OSC and Eloqua are not synching
