Last updated on FEBRUARY 08, 2017

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Sales Cloud Service - Version and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Up Until Release 12 the precision in QM is set to 2 decimal places . The metric values are rounded in QM while TM maintains it as integer values (truncating in TM) and there is no padding of values in QM.

From Release 12 , the precision of numerals in the Quota Management will be determined by the Manage Currencies in the application setup. All numeric values in quota will apply the precision that is set in the Setup & Maintenance page -> Manage Currencies for the chosen currency of the organization.

BI reports will have the precisions as per the Precision setup in the field on the Manage Currencies page . BIP reports will show the value as in the database. Corresponding report can be designed to choose the system precision. However , all percentages will be 2 decimal precisions irrespective of the system preference set in the Manage Currencies setup .

If precision is set to null in the Manage Currencies page, the precision is defaulted to 2 in Quota Management.
