On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Data Quality, Customer Hub

Merge failing with error.

ERROR
-----------------------
The merge request cannot be processed because one of its duplicate records has a party usage of partner. Contact your administrator. A party record having the party usage of Inactive Partner or Partner in the past, present, or future cannot be merged into another party record.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud application
2. Navigate to Customer Data Management > Duplicate Identification

Due to this issue, users cannot complete merge.
