ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
EE - Hours, Minutes, and Seconds text fields are disabled when the Invitation Operator is changed

Observed Behavior: When "Within a Specified Timeframe" is still checked the Hours, Minutes, and Seconds text fields are disabled.

 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Hours, Minutes, and Seconds text fields would remain enabled since the Within a Specified Timeframe checkbox is checked

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create a new rule
2. Add a condition, On Demand: Chat Invitation
  Invitation Type = Any Chat Widget
  Invitation Name = Any Chat Widget
  Invitation Operator = Offered
  Within a Specified Timeframe = checked
  Minutes = 01
3. Change the Invitation Operator to another value, and selected "Accepted"
