Error When Attempting to Copy or Import an Initiative in Instantis EnterpriseTrack (Doc ID 2230732.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to Copy or Import an Initiative, the following errors occur.

ERROR
-----------------------
Internal Error: append_rows_to_confdata_languagecatalog: these lang guides were not in staging:
LANGID_XXXXXXXXXXXXX

NOTE:  There can be multiple LANGID issues in the environment.  This is an example of the message received.


STEPS to Verify

1. Log into Instantis EnterpriseTrack as sys_admin
2. Navigate to the Administration page
3. Change the Mode to "Reconfigure"
4. Select the "initiative" link under Installation Items
5. Attempt to Copy an Initiative
--a. Receive Error
6. Attempt to Export an existing Initiative and then Import it
--a. Receive Error
