Unable To Associate Address To Contact through File Import

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to Import Contacts with Address,
the following error occurs.
Import is successful but all the addresses are not imported.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Oracle Sales Cloud Application
2. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance --> Manage File Import Activities
3. Submit a job to import Contacts with Address
