Frequent "Failed To Lock The Record" In OSC-CPQ Integration

Some SOAP calls editing the same Opportunity record are sent from OSC. This throws an error to the user in CPQ, offering a bad user experience.

This issue is seen with more frequency in R11 environments than in R10.

We need CPQ and OSC to be integrated in such a way that this error is not appearing anymore when using Auto-assignment.
