Oracle Sales Cloud Fields Unavailable While Mapping For Integration With Eloqua (Doc ID 2231116.1)

Goal

While creating field mapping in Eloqua for integration with Sales Cloud, many sales cloud fields are unavailable. Some of the fields are as follows-
1) OSC Mapping API field- PersonPreNameAdjunct OSC UI field name - Prefix
2) OSC Mapping API field- PrimaryCustomerName1 OSC UI field name - Account
3) OSC Mapping API field- PreferredContactPhone OSC UI field name - Contact Phone
