Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

When attempting to add currency field on create/edit layout, the following error occurs.

ERROR

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Log into Fusion Applications
2. Navigate to Application Composer
3. Account Object
4. Add OOTB currency field on Create/Edit layout (default)
5. Save
6. Application showing error "An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information "

Due to this issue, users cannot add currency field on create/edit layout
