iOS Contactsync Only Synchronizes Favorite Contacts To Mobile (Doc ID 2231214.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Mobile Sales App

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer was able to synchronize contacts to Mobile, however only contacts that are marked as Favorite are getting synced. Customer would like for all the contacts owned by the user to be synced to the phone. Customer is using iOS Contact sync functionality.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Customer would like for all the contacts owned by the user to be synced to the phone

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the Oracle Sales Cloud Mobile application
2. Login to the point where you see the tiles for Calendar, Tasks, Contacts, etc.
3. Click the 3 bars (Menu) icon in the upper-left corner and click Contacts Sync
4. It will load the Sales Cloud Webpage. Login with your Oracle username/password.
5. After you login, Install Profile, enter Oracle password when prompted. Contacts Sync function is now enabled.
6. Open Contacts app > Groups > Select CRM Contact Account > Enable Checkmark
7. This will show CRM contacts in the list of contacts, however only Favorite contacts show.

Due to this issue, users cannot see all contacts owned by him in the phone.
