Cannot Import Contacts Anymore (Doc ID 2231459.1)

Symptoms

update some fields on the object contact. I updated theses 18.000 Contacts on DEV and UAT with an identical field mapping and file. On PROD the import is not working. The process step "Preparing data for import" is working fine, but when he wants to start importing, the process gets the error:FAULT_NAME=client:OdiFault::FAULT_TEXT=com.oracle.bpel.client.BPELFault: faultName: {{http://xmlns.oracle.com/apps/crm/hz/bulkImport/FoundationBulkImportProcessComposite}OdiFault} (See entire Error Log within the Attachments).
I already generated the artifacts. The import identifier is: 300000020859157
