Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Partner Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Incorrect behavior of sub tab.

We are able to see, access and even create records in the sub-tabs (eg: Leads, Deal Registration, opportunity, etc) that are not used by us in the partner record after getting an error while creating the partner contact. 


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The edit partner layout should not be changed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Partner --> Save and Continue --> add a primary contact and then try to remove the primary contact --> see the edit partner layout changed.
