Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

Unable to save attachments

Unable to save attached items within the Account, Opportunity, or Case object.

ERROR

ORA-06550: line 1, column 137: PL/SQL: ORA-00904: "BASE_DOCUMENT_ID": invalid identifier ORA-06550: line 1, column 7: PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go into Activities / Opportunities / Cases
2. Attach a file
3. Click save and see the error

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Save their attached files to these objects.
