Goal

In order to see success in Korea with larger ISPs, it is necessary for senders to apply for whitelisting at the KISA blacklist. KISA-RBL is a real time spam IP block list for those on your subscriber list who are operating on the Internet mail server provided by KISA (Korea Internet & Security Agency), and is distributed free of charge. Major ISPs in the region, including Naver, filter off of this list directly.
