When doing Bank account setup in prod customer is getting an error

Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for "Remote Region error #9":

An error occurred while invoking task Manage Bank Accounts. Review the FunctionalSetupServer logs for more details on this error. Contact your help desk..

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigation> Setup and Maintenance > Implementation project > Project selected > got to task Manage Bank accounts > Click on Create > enter legal entity name

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create bank accounts
