A number of employees were hired into the system which had no relevant calculation cards (Statutory Deductions and Pensions Automatic Enrolment) required for the UK. These employees have been added to a TRU and Payroll and the cards have not been created.
Was able to create the Statutory Deductions card manually for these employees (which is not ideal), but the Pensions Automatic Enrollment card does not create with a Reference when it is manually added which means it cannot be used.
How can this be solved?
