Change To NI Category Errors - "NI Category C is not valid for the current certificate" (Doc ID 2232061.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, UK - United Kingdom Legislation

When attempting to change to employee's NI category on 65th birthday, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
"NI Category C is not valid for the current certificate".
Employee is over 65 and should be on NI Category C but is currently on A.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation / Person Management
Query back employee
2. Click on Manage Payroll Calculation Information / Click on Statutory Deductions
Change "Effective As of Date" to date of employee's 65th birthday (employee is a male).
Click on NI record in Calculation Components region.
Click on Edit -> Update
NI Category : change to C
Pension Basis : Not contracted out
Click on OK button
Click on Save button

Error appears.
