User Displayed Twice in Unifier - Only One Account Provisioned in OIM and/or Cloud Administration

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When the environment is utilizing Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) and/or Cloud Administration, when logging in Unifier as PartnerAdmin, there is more than one user account for the same user.
One is active, the other is/are inactive. Logging in to Unifier as a regular administrator or logging in to OIM or the Cloud Admin tool, only the active user is visible.
