Symptoms

Unable to register a web service WSDL in Application Composer

ERROR - WSDL cannot be accessed or is invalid.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud application as Application Implementation Consultant
2. Navigate to Tools > Application Composer
3. Under Common Setup, select Web Services
4. Click button Create Web Service Reference
5. Enter a name and the WSDL URL
6. Click button Read WSDL
7. The error occurs
