Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, HCM Common

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Even if terminate the employee using HDL with RevokeUserAccess = 'I' and run Run Send Pending LDAP Requests, the employee is still active.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The status of the employee becomes Disabled immediately.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Worker.dat
2. Run Send Pending LDAP Requests
3. Confirm that new user can login to Fusion Apps
4. Run Worker.dat for termination
5. Run Send Pending LDAP Requests
6. usr.usr_status table data still active, and the status of this employee is Active in Manage Person Account UI
7. Run Autoprovision Roles for All Users
8. usr.usr_status table data still active, and the status of this employee is Active in Manage Person Account UI
9. New user can login to Fusion Apps
