Top Menu Is Not Showing All Icons

Top menu is not showing all icons
The icons are not displayed properly at the top menu when clicking in any icon.
For example (using channel credentials):
- if you click on partner, then you will see the list of partners and at the top a menu with icons. However, it just shows 2 icons: Partners and MDF
- If you click on Deal registration, then you will see just 4 icons: MDF, deal reg, contacts, and opportunity but not the partner icon
The request is that all icons will be displayed at the top.
