ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Internal activity log in Engage is not showing user's response to customer.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Responses made through Engage should be tracked in the activity panel.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Visit Message > View Activity Panel > Review comments made by user noted above.
